Hi, I’m Nic
As a full-spectrum doula and women’s work facilitator, I am devoted to nurturing and nourishing women through all stages of womanhood. My vision is for all women to feel safe and seen throughout their journey so they may emerge well, connected and empowered.
I walk beside women and their families in devotional service to prenatal care, the birth space and in the months postpartum.
Through nourishment and bodywork, guidance and hands-on help, I aim for women to begin their journey into motherhood feeling deeply held, valued and vital as they traverse this great rebirthing of themselves.
My intention is for beautiful babies to have a healing blueprint and strong foundation for life as they come into the world, and for the parents to feel supported in their initiation into parenthood.

My approach is rooted in ancient, ancestral wisdom—honoring the cycles of nature and the rhythms of the feminine body. Through holistic practices, including herbal remedies and nourishing food, I love to create spaces where women feel held, empowered, and seen.

“Some connections are instantaneous and that’s what it was like the first time I met Nic, it was love at first sight! She had to be my doula! Nicole was like a fairy god sister in my postpartum. For six weeks she nurtured my healing body with foot massages, sitz baths, castor oil treatments, yoni steams and moxibustion. Nic would bring elixirs, warming teas and fresh blooms from her garden. Each visit was so nourishing and comforting and left me feeling heard, seen and cared for.
